Left at the roadside with this rapidly burning map
Just like a monkey with a slightly different hat
You find yourself still breathing while the battlefields grow moss
The moment comes for you to bear
Despair and loss
All the stories you have told by cosmic fire
Are carried through space and time
To come right back to you in time
Though you're surrounded by the treasure that's plated chrome
You're still a hermit that is left without a home
Sing to me bird of paradise on silent wings of prey
The moment comes for you to see
Your golden day

BBT are standard bearers for modern prog, with a sound that evokes the spirit of those legendary 70s bands whilst managing to also be thoroughly contemporary. It's astonishing that over 30 minutes of music of this quality, with such high production values, is being made available for free - and their full albums are also very reasonably priced... If it applies to those like me who are instinctive and not musically educated, I find that this album is powerful, masterfully built by interweaving melodic and paranoid sounds with those that enhance each instrument, in short, the real progressive rock that seems be rooted, or maybe it does, in the most ferocious period , which, for me, is the best! Must Have! jacorock
